But I’m always drawn to Rising Appalachia, Andrew Bird, Aurora, Mose… really anything that can get me into a groove and keep the energy flowing.

  • Movement is a core part of my life—it keeps me grounded and happy. Whether I’m dancing, trail running through the mountains, or practicing yoga, it helps me stay connected to my body, clear my mind, and find flow.
